University Professor To Force Energy Legistlation Through The Courts

Mary Wood is a law professor at the University of Oregon and she is planning to use the courts to force the government into acting on global warming.

From the democratherald.com: "Drawing on her background in both natural resources and property law, Wood has developed a theory that claims the atmosphere is an asset that belongs to all but is held in trust by the government. The government has a legal obligation to protect that trust from harm"

Now I am by no means a law professor or law expert but don't you think that protecting the atmosphere is something that needs to be done by congress, not some judge? These planned lawsuits are just another way for liberal environmentalist crazies to legistlate through the courts & probably win victories along the way because of liberal judges legistlating from the bench.

And what proof do they have that possible global warming 'catastrophe' is caused by humans? Wood states 'At first it sounds radical, and I acknowledge that. But what’s really radical is trying to survive in a world of runaway heating'. What runaway heating, professor Woods? There is no runaway heating or any heating at all. Perhaps you should read this article.

Majority of Britain's Population Not Willing To Pay Green Taxes

There was a great story in the U.K Independent about how the majority of Britons are unwilling to pay green taxes.

A survey was taken and 70 percent of the British population is not willing to fund projects to stop global warming. In addition, the majority of Britons believe that green taxes on things such as SUV's and plastic goods are just another way to raise taxes.

Here's a quote from the researcher himself regarding his poll results: "Britain appears to be feeling increasingly negative about being more carbon neutral. We are questioning the truth behind being greener and many feel that Government is creating a green fear for monetary gain."

Good for the Britons to see the true nature of the 'environmentally conscious' idiots who have taken over their government. To British citizens: now is the time for you to take care of your government's green wackos, the Labor party in particular. Make your vote count!

Scientists In A Frenzy To Save The Global Warming Hoax

The right side news published a great piece on how the global warming theory is not coming to fruition and how scientists are literally reinventing data to save their false prophecy and their paycheck.

Statistics show that the earth has not warmed in the last 10 years and it is actually predicted to cool over the next 10 years. Just check this article and see how the scientists are lying their way to keep the global warming scam alive!

"Average temperatures in areas such as California and France may drop over the next 10 years.....This regional cooling effect may temporarily neutralize the long- term warming phenomenon caused by heat-trapping greenhouse gases building up around the earth, said said Richard Wood, a research scientist at the Met Office Hadley Centre"

Could it be that Richard Wood is trying to hold on to his government job by spilling this crap? To me that is just plain disgusting. The fact is that climate change is real but no one should be so arrogant as to know the cause or attempt to predict what's going to happen.

It is even more arrogant for any of us to believe that we, insignificant humans, can destroy this 4.5 billion year old planet by driving an SUV and turning up the AC.

By the way, where was the media coverage of this week's important news that 31,000 scientists have rejected the global warming scam! Sick of the media......

Climate Alarmism & Communism

The president of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Klaus, is a brave man indeed! On Tuesday, he gave a speech at the National Press Club about his new book 'Blue Planet in Green Shackles: What Is Endangered - Climate or Freedom?'

Klaus is one of the few world leaders who is brave enough to point out the similarities between Communism and those who attempt to control our lives through the new 'science' of climate change.

Here some of the great points from his speech (paraphrased)

1. Like the communists, environmentalists will sacrifice human freedom to achieve their goal to control our lives.
2. The climate change alarmism has now become so powerful that fact & science is unable to fight it.
3. The climate is not in danger but our freedom & prosperity is!
4. The free market system should be utilized to address climate change.
5. Carbon emission & greenhouse gas capping systems are 'unrealistic'.
6. Global warming scientists make their careers & get a paycheck for selling the world on global warming.

Welcome To The Global Warming Scams Blog

I woke up this morning and came across the Department of Interior webpage regarding the decision to protect Polar Bears under the Endangered Species Act. The page cites global warming and ice melting as the reason for this decision. Am I the only one that is sick of hearing about human-caused global warming?

It's time to do something about the global warming scam! Someone has to fight this dangerous political trend created by those who want to control our lives through a non-proven premise that humans cause global warming. Isn't it true that the earth has been warming and cooling for billions of years?

Unfortunately, this blog is going to be fighting an uphill battle. For example, if you were to type the words 'global warming' into Google news you will get over 31,000 results compared to only 3500 results for global cooling!

This blog's premise is not to say that global warming doesn't exist. All I'm saying is that human-caused global warming is unproven and a scam. The polar bear is not going to go extinct because of oil drilling in Alaska (even if it did, who cares) or because of human-caused global warming melting the sea ice. In fact, it's the other way around! The polar bear is pushing the American driver towards extinction with $7/gallon gas in the near future. Now that's fact, not global warming fiction.....
